
The Llopis from the roof of the common building; I was too scared to climb all the way up there, so Autumn, one of our carpenters, took this one. This will all be enclosed by the end of tomorrow.

This is an opening for collecting ash; these only get opened/cleaned once a year, apparently. There are about five or six of these around the perimeter of the oven.
